Chapter 1. What is a Frozen Bank Card?
When a bank card is frozen, it cannot be used normally, and funds are temporarily locked. Common reasons include:
Loan overdue;
Civil lawsuit;
Involvement in economic or criminal cases;
Suspicion of abnormal transactions (e.g., cash-out, fraud).
In crypto trading, users may also encounter frozen cards under certain circumstances.
Chapter 2. How to Prevent Frozen Cards?
To avoid illegal funds and reduce risks, please follow these rules:
Do not accept transfers from accounts not under your name. If received, return the funds immediately.
If the transfer contains sensitive remarks (e.g., “USDT”, “BTC”), filter or return with note “wrong transfer”.
Separate receiving and payment cards.
Do not keep large balances in one card; withdraw and switch cards periodically.
Check idle cards before reuse to ensure they can still transfer normally.
Chapter 3. How to Filter Funds?
Transfer funds to Alipay balance, Yu’ebao, or similar products, then withdraw to a safe bank card.
Transfer funds to a legitimate financial platform, buy short-term products, then withdraw to another card.
For small amounts, withdraw cash and deposit into another bank card.
Chapter 4. What to Do if Your Card is Frozen?
1. Bank Freezing
Causes:
Bank does not support crypto transactions; sensitive remarks trigger risk control.
Abnormal account activities (large late-night transfers, frequent trades, long-time inactive accounts, etc.).
Solution:
Provide ID, proof of funds, and other documents to the bank to request unfreezing.
Prevention:
Do not remark “BTC, USDT, ETH” etc. in transfers.
Use separate cards and filter funds regularly.
2. Judicial Freezing
Causes:
Related to scam/illegal fund flows.
Temporary freeze: 36–72 hours, auto-unfreeze.
Long-term freeze: 6–12 months, until case closes.
Process:
Prepare ID, bank statement, proof of income, etc.
Cooperate with police, provide materials.
Some regions unfreeze only after case closure.
Notice:
One card may be frozen by multiple jurisdictions. Transfer funds immediately after unfreeze.
Evidence Collection:
For transaction records or fund evidence, judicial authorities must provide legal documents and contact via admin@sunx.vip
.
