After the upgrade to Sunx 2.0 system, a new OTC chatroom function has been added. Any issues regarding buying/selling coins must be communicated with merchants in the chatroom. To protect the interests of our members, please pay attention to the following:
Do not add any other contact methods of the merchants (such as WeChat, QQ, DingTalk, etc.). If merchants ask you to add any offline contact for any reason, it is likely a scam. All trading activities must be completed within the chatroom.
Do not trade privately with merchants. If you pay but do not receive coins / transfer coins but do not receive payment, you will not have any protection or support for your rights.
If you encounter malicious merchants in the chat window, or after adding other contact methods, merchants mislead you through trading instructions, maliciously discredit Sunx, or guide you to register and trade on other exchanges, please save all related evidence (including but not limited to: related merchant order numbers, transaction screenshots, and chat records). Then contact the Sunx online customer service. Users who successfully report such cases will receive a 66U bonus reward.
