Chapter 1: Basic Scams
SMS Scam
Scammers may delay conversations and then send you a fake transfer SMS after placing an order. If you release coins without checking your actual balance, you may be deceived.
Reminder: Always log in to your online banking or mobile app to verify balance before releasing coins.
Proxy Payment (代付)
Scammers may use the "Request Payment" function instead of transferring money directly. They may also use preset QR codes with inflated amounts.
Reminder: Always verify the exact transferred amount in your account before releasing coins.
Photoshopped Receipt Scam
Scammers may send you a fake transfer receipt after clicking "Paid."
Reminder: Always check your bank, Alipay, or WeChat balance directly instead of trusting screenshots.
Wrong Transfer
Scammers may intentionally send money to others but provide fake screenshots to you.
Reminder: Only trust your own account transaction records.
Multiple Orders with Same Amount
Scammers may place multiple identical orders to confuse you, then fake one payment to trick you into releasing coins.
Reminder: Verify each transaction carefully and ensure payment account name matches platform’s verified name.
Chapter 2: Intermediate Scams
Two Identical Orders by Different Users
User A pays but doesn’t mark as paid; User B clicks paid without paying and provides A’s proof to trick you.
Reminder: Always verify the payer’s account name before releasing coins.
Partial Payment
Scammers place a high-value order but only pay part of it.
Reminder: Report such cases to customer support for verification.
Chapter 3: Advanced Scams
Team Scam with Fake Custodian
Scammers A and B pretend to be traders and a trusted custodian (customer service, KOL, etc.) to convince you to release coins without actual payment.
Reminder: Platform staff never provide custodian services. Never release coins without verified payment.
Triangular Offline Scam
Scammer A convinces C to buy at a high price and B to sell at a low price, then manipulates screenshots to direct C’s payment to A’s account. B never receives funds but may still be tricked into releasing coins.
Reminder: Always verify that payment is made to the exact bound account name shown on the platform.
