Dear Users,
To regulate trading activities, maintain market order, and protect users’ interests, SUNX conducts risk identification and handling of suspected violations under the SUNX Partner Management Guidelines and relevant abnormal trading rules.
The Platform’s risk control system identifies account relationships and trading behavior through multiple characteristics. Using multiple accounts or devices for illicit arbitrage is prohibited, including but not limited to exploiting trading fees, commissions, bonuses, and hedging for illicit arbitrage.
For detected violations, the Platform may ban accounts, freeze assets, reclaim commissions, restrict login, require identity verification, or terminate partner status. Specific handling shall follow the relevant agreements, Platform rules, and applicable law.
I. Types of Abnormal Trading
These include, but are not limited to:
- High-frequency trade churning and malicious exploitation of trading fees;
- Arbitrage through wash trading, hedging, or A/B-position trading;
- Ultra-short-term trading;
- Short-term arbitrage exploiting spreads in minor cryptocurrencies;
- Exploiting service vulnerabilities or other unreasonable methods to harm other users or the Platform.
II. High-Frequency and Malicious Trade Churning Standards
1. Reference Standards for Trading Frequency
Using the Platform’s commission mechanism to obtain trading or fee arbitrage profits through extremely frequent trading is a key behavior subject to identification.
Reference standards for transactions per account per day are:
- Reaching 30 transactions: A reference standard for identifying high-frequency trade churning;
- Exceeding 50 transactions: A reference standard for identifying malicious trade churning.
One position opening and its corresponding closing count as one transaction.
2. Handling Daily Order Counts of 50 or More
When a single UID meets both conditions:
- Daily trading order count ≥ 50;
- Orders with an opening-to-closing duration ≤ 5 minutes account for more than 50% of the total daily order count.
Under these rules, the Platform will immediately restrict trading and withdrawals and confiscate all principal and illicit profits. Appeals are not accepted in this situation.
The application of asset disposal and appeal restrictions is subject to the relevant agreements and applicable law.
3. Handling Daily Order Counts Between 30 and 50
When a single UID meets both conditions:
- Daily trading order count is between 30 and 50;
- Orders with an opening-to-closing duration ≤ 5 minutes account for more than 50% of the total daily order count.
Under these rules, the Platform will confiscate all illicit profits and return the principal. Users may appeal through official customer support to request removal of trading restrictions.
III. Wash Trading, Hedging, and A/B-Position Arbitrage Characteristics
Using the same account or multiple associated accounts to open and close positions in the same instrument during the same period, in opposite directions and with similar proportional quantities, through manual or resting orders, to obtain arbitrage profits from system mechanisms falls within these rules.
This provision identifies and handles trading conducted for illicit arbitrage.
IV. Ultra-Short-Term Trading Identification and Handling
Deliberately opening and closing positions rapidly within 2 minutes, with 5 or more transactions in one day, is classified as ultra-short-term trading under these rules.
One position opening and its corresponding closing count as one transaction.
The Platform will immediately restrict trading and withdrawals and confiscate all profits. Handling shall follow Platform rules and applicable law.
V. Minor Cryptocurrency Arbitrage Identification and Handling
1. Key Scenarios
Regular abnormal trading in minor cryptocurrencies around funding fee settlement times to exploit SUNX’s funding rate mechanism.
The reference times listed in these rules are 00:00, 08:00, and 16:00 Beijing time, also involving cases where certain assets on the reference platform settle funding fees every 4 hours.
2. Trading Characteristics
Deliberately taking long and short positions rapidly in a particular minor cryptocurrency within 10 minutes, exhibiting regular patterns and connections between multiple accounts.
3. Handling Measures
Under these rules, the Platform will immediately restrict trading and withdrawals and permanently freeze the relevant principal and account profits.
Freezing and asset disposal are subject to the relevant agreements and applicable law.
VI. Identification and Handling Notes
The transaction counts, holding durations, and percentages above are only some of the reference standards for risk identification.
The Platform will use risk control technology to identify behavior automatically based on trading data. Interpretation and handling of violations shall follow Platform rules and applicable law.
If you have questions about account trading restrictions, contact SUNX’s official online customer support. Appeals shall be handled under the corresponding rules.
VII. Risk Warning
Digital asset prices are highly volatile. Assess risks rationally and trade prudently according to your financial circumstances and risk tolerance, while complying with Platform trading rules.
Thank you for your support and trust in SUNX.
