1. Supported Devices and Systems

SUNX supports the following:

• Android smartphones
• iOS smartphones
• Web access on iPad and PC

For specific system version and device compatibility requirements, please refer to the official download page.

2. iOS Download Methods

iOS users can download the SUNX APP from the Apple App Store or choose another installation method available on the official download page:

1. Apple App Store
2. TestFlight
3. Enterprise Signing
4. Super Signing

We recommend downloading from the Apple App Store first. If it is unavailable in your region, check the official download page for other installation methods. When TestFlight is available, it is the preferred alternative.

SUNX may update download options from time to time based on channel availability and signing stability. Available regions and installation methods are subject to the information displayed in the app store and on the official download page.

3. Android Download Methods and Common Issues

Android users can download the installation package from the official download page and follow their device’s instructions to install it. Overseas users can also download the APP from the Google Play Store.

Installation Instructions for Huawei Phones

If system restrictions prevent installation, please check the following:

1. Go to “Settings—Security—More Security Settings” and check the permissions related to installing apps from external sources. After confirming that the installation package comes from an official SUNX channel, follow the system instructions to authorize the app used to download or open the package.
2. If your device indicates that “Pure Mode” or “Enhanced Protection” is restricting installation, verify the installation package’s source first, then follow your device’s system instructions and Huawei’s official guidance.

Menu names may vary by device model and system version. Please follow the options displayed on your device.

If installation still fails, contact SUNX online customer support and provide your device model, system version, and a screenshot of the error for troubleshooting.

4. Download Methods for Overseas Users

Overseas users can download the SUNX APP from the following app stores according to their device’s operating system:

• iOS users: Download from the Apple App Store.
• Android users: Download from the Google Play Store.

We recommend accessing the store through links provided on the official SUNX website or download page. Check the app name and developer information before installing.

Regional availability and device compatibility are subject to the information displayed in the relevant app store. If downloading is temporarily unavailable, check the official download page for alternatives or contact SUNX online customer support for assistance.

5. Security Reminder

Please use official SUNX download channels and remain alert to counterfeit apps, fake download links, and scams involving impersonated customer support.
