【Security Alert】Beware of Fake SunX Websites and Apps—Use Official Channels

Dear investors and partners,

Recently, SunX has discovered that individuals have been using fake official websites, counterfeit apps, fraudulent customer service channels, and social media groups to impersonate our company and conduct illegal fundraising, fraudulent investment management, and other financial schemes.

Such activities are suspected of constituting financial fraud, illegal business operations, and intellectual property infringement. They pose a serious threat to users’ asset security and damage our company’s reputation. To help users identify risks, we hereby issue the following statement and reminders.

1. Typical Features of Fake Platforms

1. Unreasonable Promises of High Returns

Users are attracted with claims such as “guaranteed profits,” “excessive rebates,” and “a guide to effortless earnings,” along with promises of unreasonable investment returns, such as monthly returns exceeding 30%.

Do not regard such promises as guarantees of returns, and do not transfer funds to unverified platforms because of the lure of high returns.

2. Unofficial Access Points and Download Channels

Users are induced to register, log in, or download applications through unofficial domains, fake apps, or temporary social media groups.

The icons, names, or interfaces of fake apps may resemble those of legitimate apps. A similar appearance does not mean that the app is authorised by SunX.

3. Unusual Transfer and Security Information Requests

Users may be asked to transfer funds to personal accounts or so-called “unregulated wallets” under the pretext of “avoiding fees”, or to share their screens or provide security information such as SMS verification codes.

Reject such unusual requests and beware of claims involving “insider information” or “fast withdrawal channels”.

4. Official Statement

SunX has never offered any “principal-protected wealth management” or “arbitrage through asset transfers” services. All transactions must be completed through the official platform.

Do not believe any promises of principal protection, guaranteed returns, or investment management made in SunX’s name. Do not transfer funds or digital assets based on unverified private messages.

5. What to Do If You Discover Suspicious Activity

If you discover a suspected fake website, app, or customer service channel, stop all related activities, save the website address, download source, chat records, transfer records, and screenshots, and report them through the official customer service email.

If you have suffered a financial loss or suspect fraud, contact your bank, payment service provider, and the relevant authorities in your location promptly.
