Dear SunX Users,

To further enhance the security and stability of the platform's wallet system, improve on-chain fund processing efficiency, and continuously optimize digital asset deposit services, SunX plans to upgrade its USDT-TRC20 deposit wallet system and update USDT-TRC20 deposit addresses between 15:30 and 19:00 on September 29, 2026 (Beijing Time, UTC+8), as part of an upgrade to the platform's wallet infrastructure and security policies.

To protect user assets and prevent deposit issues that may occur during the transition between old and new addresses, users are advised to temporarily suspend USDT deposits to SunX via the TRC20 (TRON) network during the upgrade period. Once the upgrade is completed, please return to the official SunX deposit page to obtain the latest USDT-TRC20 deposit address before making a deposit.

After the upgrade is completed, the previous USDT-TRC20 deposit addresses will no longer be supported. Please do not continue using any previously saved deposit addresses.

To avoid deposit issues or unnecessary asset losses caused by using historical addresses, selecting the wrong network, or entering an incorrect address, please carefully read the following information.

1. USDT-TRC20 Deposit Address Update Schedule

Upgrade and Address Update Period:
September 29, 2026, 15:30–19:00 (Beijing Time, UTC+8)

During this period, SunX will upgrade the USDT-TRC20 deposit wallet system, adjust related services, and switch deposit addresses.

To avoid deposit delays or abnormalities caused by system adjustments and the transition between old and new addresses, users are advised not to make USDT-TRC20 deposits during the upgrade period.

The upgrade and address update are expected to be completed by 19:00 on September 29, 2026 (Beijing Time, UTC+8). The actual completion time is subject to the restoration status of the SunX deposit page and official announcements.

After the upgrade is completed, users wishing to deposit USDT via the TRC20 (TRON) network should log in to the SunX App or official website and navigate to:

Assets → Funding Account → Deposit → USDT → TRC20

Obtain the latest USDT-TRC20 deposit address and always use the address currently displayed on the deposit page.

If you have previously saved a SunX USDT-TRC20 deposit address in a personal wallet, another trading platform, an address book, a withdrawal whitelist, or any other third-party platform, please delete or update the historical address after the upgrade.

Important: After this upgrade and address update are completed, previous USDT-TRC20 deposit addresses will no longer be supported. Please do not make any further deposits to old addresses.

Even if you have previously deposited successfully to a particular USDT-TRC20 address, this does not mean that the address will remain valid after this upgrade. Always refer to the information displayed in real time on the official SunX deposit page.

2. Reason for the Deposit Address Update

This USDT-TRC20 deposit address update is being carried out as part of upgrades to the SunX wallet system and related infrastructure.

As SunX continues to improve its wallet services, security risk controls, and on-chain asset management systems, certain wallet services and deposit addresses will be adjusted to further enhance deposit address security, on-chain transaction identification efficiency, and fund processing stability.

The upgrade primarily includes:

• Optimization of USDT-TRC20 deposit wallet infrastructure;
• Enhancement of deposit address management and on-chain fund identification capabilities;
• Improvement of wallet security policies and risk control mechanisms;
• Improvement of on-chain deposit processing efficiency and system stability;
• Further strengthening of digital asset security protection for users.

Accordingly, SunX will update its USDT-TRC20 deposit addresses.

The deposit address update is part of routine wallet system upgrades and security maintenance and does not indicate any abnormality with user accounts or assets.

3. Information to Verify Before Making a Deposit

Blockchain transactions are generally irreversible. Once an on-chain transfer has been successfully submitted, it normally cannot be canceled, modified, or reversed.

Before making any USDT deposit, please carefully verify the following information:

• Deposit Asset: USDT
• Deposit Network: TRC20 (TRON)
• Deposit Address: Use the address currently displayed on the official SunX deposit page

Please ensure that the asset, network, and deposit address are all correct before initiating an on-chain transfer.

Important: Even if you have previously deposited successfully to a particular address, do not automatically reuse that historical address.

Deposit addresses may change due to wallet system upgrades, security policy adjustments, infrastructure optimization, or other security maintenance requirements.

For the security of your assets, please develop the habit of retrieving and verifying your deposit address before every deposit.

4. Important Information Regarding Previous USDT-TRC20 Deposit Addresses

After this upgrade and address update are completed, previous USDT-TRC20 deposit addresses will no longer be supported. Please do not transfer assets to historical deposit addresses.

Always use the latest USDT-TRC20 deposit address displayed in real time on the SunX deposit page.

If you have saved a previous SunX USDT-TRC20 deposit address in a personal wallet, another trading platform, an address book, or a withdrawal whitelist, please update it promptly to avoid accidentally using an old address.

If a deposit is not credited normally due to any of the following circumstances:

• Using a historical or unsupported deposit address;
• Selecting the wrong deposit network;
• Depositing an asset that does not match the asset supported by the platform;
• Entering or copying an incorrect deposit address;
• Using a deposit method not supported by the platform;
• Other deposit abnormalities resulting from user operations;

SunX will review the case based on the actual on-chain transaction records and asset status.

If the assets meet the applicable recovery requirements, SunX will process the case according to the relevant asset recovery procedures. Certain special on-chain transfers may not be recoverable. The final outcome will be subject to SunX's review and the actual on-chain circumstances.

Therefore, please verify all information before initiating a transfer and do not proceed with a deposit if you have any doubts about the information.

5. Risk Reminder for Large Deposits

If you intend to make a large USDT-TRC20 deposit, to reduce the risk of asset loss caused by an incorrect address, incorrect network selection, or other operational errors, we recommend that you:

First make a small test deposit. After confirming that the test funds have been successfully credited, proceed with the remaining larger deposit.

Do not initiate a large transfer solely using a historical address automatically saved in your personal wallet or on a third-party trading platform.

Regardless of the deposit amount, always return to the official SunX deposit page and verify the latest address before making a deposit.

6. Security and Anti-Fraud Reminder

To protect your account and digital assets, SunX reminds all users:

• Always obtain deposit addresses through the official SunX App or official website deposit page;
• Do not use deposit addresses provided by third-party websites, unofficial pages, or unknown individuals;
• Do not trust so-called “exclusive deposit addresses” sent through private chats, social media, group chats, or other unofficial channels;
• SunX will never ask users to transfer assets to a private wallet address for reasons such as “address upgrade,” “account verification,” or “fund unlocking”;
• All deposits should be made using an address obtained directly by the user from the official SunX deposit page;
• Before making a large deposit, verify the asset, network, and deposit address again;
• If you notice any abnormal information on the deposit page or have doubts about the authenticity of a deposit address, stop the transfer immediately and contact official SunX Customer Support for verification.

Please keep your account password, verification codes, and other security information secure, and remain alert to scams involving individuals impersonating SunX representatives.

7. Existing Account Assets and Normal Trading Will Not Be Affected

This adjustment only involves the USDT-TRC20 deposit wallet system upgrade and deposit address update.

The update will not affect digital assets already successfully credited to users' SunX accounts, account balances, or normal trading functions. No transfer or additional action is required for existing assets in your account.

Please note that SunX representatives will never ask users to transfer existing account assets to any so-called “safe address,” “upgrade address,” or “verification address” as part of this update.

If you receive such a request, do not transfer any assets and contact official SunX Customer Support for verification.

8. Reminder

To minimize operational risks associated with the deposit address update, please note:

Upgrade Period: September 29, 2026, 15:30–19:00 (Beijing Time, UTC+8)

During the upgrade: Temporarily suspend USDT-TRC20 deposits;
After the upgrade: Return to the deposit page and obtain the latest address;
Before every deposit: Retrieve and verify the deposit address again;
Before every transfer: Confirm that USDT, the TRC20 network, and the deposit address are all correct.

Please do not save and repeatedly reuse historical deposit addresses. Always refer to the information displayed in real time on the official SunX deposit page.

SunX will continue to improve its wallet infrastructure, on-chain asset management systems, and platform security risk controls to further enhance deposit service stability, fund processing efficiency, and the protection of users' digital assets.

Please arrange your deposits accordingly and, once the upgrade is completed, promptly check and update any previously saved SunX USDT-TRC20 deposit addresses to avoid deposit issues or unnecessary asset losses caused by continued use of historical addresses.

Thank you for your support and trust in SUNX.
