Dear Users,
To further improve the platform’s trading environment, enhance market liquidity, and continue refining perpetual contract trading mechanisms, SUNX will implement a unified adjustment to its perpetual contract trading fee rates.
This adjustment will standardize the opening and closing fee rates for Maker and Taker trades, making the fee structure simpler and more transparent. Details are provided below.
I. Effective Time
August 10, 2026, at 14:00 (UTC+8, Beijing Time)
II. Adjusted Trading Fee Rates
| Execution Type | Position Opening Fee Rate | Position Closing Fee Rate |
|---|---|---|
| Maker (liquidity provider) | 0.0004 | 0.0004 |
| Taker (liquidity taker) | 0.0004 | 0.0004 |
All perpetual contract trading pairs will adopt the unified fee rates above. If any special trading pairs become subject to different rates in the future, the platform will issue a separate announcement.
Maker and Taker status is determined by how orders are actually matched, rather than solely by the order type. If a limit order immediately executes against existing orders in the order book, that portion of the execution may also be classified as Taker.
III. Scope of Application
From the effective time, opening and closing fees for newly executed perpetual contract orders will be calculated according to the adjusted fee rates.
Orders executed before the adjustment will not be affected, and their fees will not be recalculated as a result of this adjustment.
Before trading, please confirm the applicable rates and include opening and closing fees in your assessment of trading costs.
IV. Impact of the Adjustment
This fee rate adjustment does not affect:
- Users’ currently held positions;
- Fee calculations for orders already executed;
- Contract trading functions;
- Fund transfer functions;
- Margin modes or forced liquidation mechanisms.
When an existing position is closed after the adjustment takes effect, the fees for the relevant execution will be calculated according to the adjusted rates.
V. Risk Warning
Digital asset and derivatives trading involves significant market risks and price volatility risks. Leverage may amplify potential returns as well as losses and increase the risk of forced liquidation.
Please manage position sizes appropriately, use leverage prudently, and comprehensively assess holding costs, including trading fees and funding fees, based on your financial circumstances, trading experience, and risk tolerance.
If you have questions about this fee adjustment, contact SUNX through its official customer support channels.
SUNX will continue improving its trading products and services and developing its platform ecosystem to provide global users with a more secure, efficient, and professional digital asset trading experience.
Thank you for your support and trust in SUNX.
