Dear Users,
The SUNX risk management team recently identified users improperly obtaining platform bonuses through bulk registration of linked accounts, repeated circulation of funds for deposits, and similar methods.
To maintain orderly trading and protect users’ right to participate fairly in platform promotions, SUNX will strengthen the investigation and handling of bonus abuse by individuals and organized groups. Details are provided below.
I. Prohibited Conduct
Using individual accounts, accounts operated by organized groups, or multiple linked accounts to exploit bonuses is prohibited, including but not limited to:
- Bulk registration and linked-account abuse: Using linked devices, IP addresses, on-chain addresses, or similar identifiers to register or operate accounts in bulk and repeatedly obtain bonuses.
- Repeated circulation of deposits to obtain bonuses: Improperly obtaining promotional rewards by circulating funds between accounts, making repeated deposits, or using similar methods.
- Malicious trading and volume manipulation: Artificially generating trading data through high-frequency sham trades, fictitious transactions, or similar methods to obtain improper benefits.
- Matched trading, hedging, and A/B position abuse: Coordinating trades within the same account or across multiple linked accounts to obtain bonuses or other promotional benefits improperly.
- Exploitation through ultra-short-term trading: Using ultra-short-term or high-frequency short-term trading in combination with bonus rules to conduct prohibited arbitrage.
- Exploiting platform vulnerabilities: Using system vulnerabilities or other improper means to harm other users or the platform.
- Other violations: Fictitious transactions, abnormal account operations, and other arbitrage activities that violate platform trading rules or promotional terms.
II. Investigation and Monitoring
SUNX will monitor relevant accounts and trading activities through trading data analysis and identification of linkage characteristics across multiple dimensions, and investigate suspected violations.
Investigations may cover account relationships, fund flows, deposit records, trading activities, and participation in promotions. Relevant users must cooperate with verification and provide truthful and accurate materials as requested.
III. Measures for Violations
For verified violations, SUNX may take appropriate measures based on the circumstances, platform rules, promotional terms, and applicable laws, including but not limited to:
- Issuing warnings to relevant accounts;
- Restricting or revoking eligibility to participate in promotions;
- Revoking improperly obtained bonuses and related rewards;

Users must ensure that their accounts are lawfully used by themselves, safeguard account and verification information, and remain responsible for their account operations and obligations under the applicable rules.
