[Network Maintenance] Suspension of USDC (TRC20) Deposits and Withdrawals

Due to TRC20 network node maintenance, SUNX will suspend USDC (TRC20) deposits and withdrawals starting at 19:00 on December 12, 2025 (UTC+8) to safeguard users’ assets. Details are as follows.

1. Suspension Time and Scope

Start Time: December 12, 2025, at 19:00 (UTC+8)

This maintenance will not affect USDC trading on the platform. Related spot trading and other trading operations will remain available as normal.

2. Service Restoration

SUNX will reopen USDC (TRC20) deposits and withdrawals as soon as the network returns to stable operation.

Please follow subsequent official announcements for restoration arrangements and check the actual service status on the relevant deposit and withdrawal pages.

3. User Reminders

1. Plan fund transfers in advance: If you need to deposit or withdraw USDC (TRC20), please make arrangements ahead of time.
2. Avoid deposits and withdrawals during the suspension: Do not deposit USDC through the TRC20 network during maintenance, as this may affect the crediting of funds. Please wait until services resume before withdrawing.
