Dear Users,
To further improve the trading experience, SUNX continues to optimize order book depth and trade matching mechanisms, and is adjusting its compensation policy for abnormal price spikes and slippage caused by factors other than platform technical issues. The rules are as follows.
Effective Time: December 1, 2025, at 00:00 (UTC+8)
1. Scope and Eligibility
This policy applies to perpetual contract trades placed directly by users on SUNX. It does not apply to copy trading or follower trading.
Under normal market volatility conditions—where both BTC and ETH price fluctuations within 1 minute are below 1.5%, and those of other assets are below 3%—users may apply for slippage compensation if the price deviation during normal position opening or closing meets the following conditions:
| Contract | Price Deviation During Normal Opening or Closing |
|---|---|
| BTC Perpetual Contracts | > 0.02% |
| ETH Perpetual Contracts | > 0.05% |
| Other Perpetual Contracts | > 0.1% |
Eligibility will be determined after the platform verifies the relevant orders, market data, and supporting evidence.
2. Compensation Calculation and Limits
- Compensation scope: Compensation covers the corresponding difference based on actual principal losses caused by eligible slippage price differences. No additional compensation is provided.
- Frequency limit: Each user may receive slippage compensation up to 5 times per month.
- Amount limit: Compensation is capped at 1,000 USDT per claim per user.
3. Application and Payment
- Contact support: Eligible users may submit an application through SUNX’s official online customer support.
- Provide evidence: Please provide relevant trading evidence, including position-opening screenshots, execution prices, real-time prices at the time, network test results, screen recordings, or screenshots.
- Order verification: Staff will review the order’s price deviation, supporting evidence, and compliance with this policy.
- Compensation payment: Once eligibility is confirmed, compensation will be credited to the user’s account within 3 business days.
4. Exclusions
This policy does not cover the following circumstances:
- Eligibility requirements not met: The event does not fall within the abnormal price spikes or slippage caused by non-platform technical factors covered by this policy, or the applicable compensation conditions are not met.
- Large orders through linked accounts: Large orders placed through multiple linked accounts exceed market depth and result in execution prices beyond the reference price.
- Excessive single-trade value:
- ETH single-trade value > 500,000 USDT;
- BTC single-trade value > 1,000,000 USDT.
- Personal device or local network failures: Issues caused by the user’s device or local network.
- Late applications or missing evidence: Applications exceeding the 48-hour submission limit, or applications without corresponding execution evidence.
- Copy trading or follower trading: Orders not placed directly by the user.
5. Price Definitions and Additional Provisions
- Price definition: Under this policy, “execution price” refers to the theoretical execution price in the real-time order book, rather than the real-time price or mark price.
- Reference price: The average price of the corresponding asset on Binance and OKX is used. If both platforms experience abnormalities, quotes from other major trading platforms will be referenced.
- Disputes and technical issues: After a submitted dispute or technical issue is verified, the platform will announce the relevant circumstances and corresponding compensation plan.
- Review basis: Compensation applications and related objections are subject to the system’s automated determination. For questions, please contact SUNX’s official online customer support.
Please manage your positions prudently, monitor market liquidity and order execution, and retain relevant trading evidence.
Thank you for your understanding and support of SUNX.
