1. Suspension Start Time
December 4, 2025, at 05:30 (UTC+8)
2. Scope of Impact
The suspension covers deposits and withdrawals for the following networks and their related assets:
- Ethereum (ETH)
- Xlayer (OKB)
- Arbitrum (ARB)
- Optimism (OP)
- Base (BASE)
- Starknet (STRK)
- zkSync Era
- Linea Network (LINEA)
- Polygon (POL)
- Scroll (SCR)
- Mint
- Other related network tokens
Before proceeding, please verify the selected asset and network and confirm the actual availability of the corresponding deposit and withdrawal services.
3. Service Restoration
After the upgrade is completed and the relevant networks are confirmed to be operating stably, SUNX will reopen deposits and withdrawals for the corresponding assets and issue a separate notification.
Please follow SUNX’s official announcements. Actual service availability will be displayed on the relevant deposit and withdrawal pages.
4. User Reminders
- Plan fund transfers in advance: If you need to deposit or withdraw assets on the networks above, please make arrangements ahead of time.
- Avoid deposits and withdrawals during the suspension: Do not deposit or withdraw through the affected networks during the upgrade to avoid abnormal crediting or the risk of asset loss.
- Verify the asset and network: After services resume, carefully confirm the asset, network, and receiving address before proceeding.
