[Feature Adjustment] Quick Contracts Discontinuation and Copy Trading Upgrade Arrangements

Dear Users,

Due to system upgrades and product adjustments, SUNX will officially discontinue the Quick Contracts feature at 16:00 on November 19, 2025 (UTC+8) and adjust the related copy trading features.

Users holding Quick Contracts positions must close them before the feature is discontinued. Details are as follows.

1. Discontinuation Time

November 19, 2025, at 16:00 (UTC+8)

2. Scope of Impact

1. Quick Contracts trading will stop: After discontinuation, users will be unable to open or close Quick Contracts positions. Related operations will display “Trade failed.”
2. Related copy trading will be temporarily unavailable: Both cross-margin and isolated-margin modes involving Quick Contracts in the copy trading module will temporarily be unavailable for all trading operations.
3. Bonus trading will not be affected: Bonus trading will remain available as normal.

3. Position Handling Before Discontinuation

All users holding Quick Contracts positions must close all related positions themselves before 16:00 on November 19, 2025 (UTC+8).

Please allow sufficient time and avoid submitting requests close to the deadline. After submitting a closing request, promptly check your position status and trade history to confirm the actual outcome.

Once the feature is discontinued, Quick Contracts positions can no longer be closed. Do not retain positions beyond the deadline or rely on subsequent product upgrades to handle existing positions.

Failure to handle positions in time may result in trading risks and losses. Please make arrangements in advance. Responsibilities will be determined in accordance with the applicable service agreements, trading rules, and laws.

4. Planned Upgrades

1. Copy Trading Adjustments

The system update is expected to be completed during November 20–21, 2025. After completion, the copy trading module will only support isolated-margin copy trading for perpetual contracts.

2. Copy Trading Account and Feature Upgrades

Within the next 1–2 months, SUNX expects to complete the copy trading account upgrade and launch Copy Trading 2.0, further improving functionality and the user experience.

These are estimated arrangements. Please refer to subsequent SUNX official notices and the actual in-app display for completion times and feature availability.

5. User Reminders

1. Check positions in advance: Confirm whether you hold Quick Contracts positions or participate in copy trading involving Quick Contracts.
2. Complete the necessary actions promptly: Close the relevant positions before discontinuation and verify the actual execution results.
3. Follow subsequent notices: Monitor copy trading adjustments and the new version’s launch arrangements to understand the supported modes and operating requirements.
