To improve spot trading functionality and the user experience, SUNX will perform maintenance on its spot trading system. During maintenance, spot trading functions will be temporarily unavailable, while other functions will remain unaffected. Details are as follows.

1. Maintenance Schedule

• Start Time: Wednesday, July 2, 2025, at 15:00 (Beijing Time, UTC+8)
• Estimated End Time: Friday, July 4, 2025, at 21:59 (Beijing Time, UTC+8)

Maintenance may be extended under exceptional circumstances. Please follow subsequent platform notices and check the actual service status.

2. Scope of Impact

Spot trading functions will be temporarily unavailable during maintenance.

Other platform functions will not be affected and will remain available as normal.

3. User Reminders

2. Avoid duplicate submissions: If relevant functions are unavailable during maintenance, do not repeatedly submit requests.
3. Confirm service restoration: After maintenance, confirm that spot trading functions have resumed before proceeding.

5. Contact official support: If you have questions about maintenance arrangements or account status, contact SUNX through its official customer support channels.

4. Service Restoration

SUNX will complete maintenance and restore services as soon as possible. The actual restoration time will depend on maintenance progress and platform service status.
