2. SunX APP download methods, common issues, and solutions

2.1 iOS Users:

Three download methods: TestFlight, Enterprise Certificate, and Apple App Store.

The exchange will adjust available download methods based on certificate stability to ensure stable APP download channels.

2.2 Android Users:

Local download.

If you are using a Huawei phone, follow these steps:

Go to Settings → Security → More Security Settings, enable Install apps from unknown sources.

Disable the Enhanced Protection in Pure Mode: Settings → System & Updates → Pure Mode → Enhanced Protection → Off.

If installation still fails after these steps, enable Airplane Mode, disconnect all networks (mobile data and Wi-Fi), then reinstall.
