Registration and Real-Name Verification

I. Registration Steps

1. Tap the profile icon at the top-left corner → choose to register via phone number or email.

2. Enter the required information and tap Next.

3. Enter the verification code, set your login password, and complete the registration.
   

Note: If new or existing users do not receive the verification code via phone or email, please check your SMS inbox or email spam folder. If still not received, contact online customer support.

II. Real-Name Verification Process
SunX currently uses automatic system review for real-name verification. Steps are as follows:

1. Tap the profile icon at the top-left → choose Identity Verification → tap Start.

2. Select the issuing country and ID type → place the ID within the scan frame to complete scanning.

3. Position your face in the scan frame to complete facial recognition → submit for review and wait for the result.
   

Note:

• If the system verification fails, check whether the submitted ID is valid for the selected country, whether the ID image is clear and fully within the scan frame, and whether facial recognition was done in a well-lit area.

• After confirming these points, users can resubmit for verification.

• If real-name verification fails three times, the Identity Verification page will automatically redirect the user to manual review.
