OTC Trading Precautions

Dear Users,

Following the SUNX 2.0 system upgrade, an OTC chatroom feature has been added. If you have questions while buying or selling digital assets, please communicate with the merchant through the Platform’s order chatroom.

To protect users’ interests and prevent off-platform trading and fraud risks, please observe the following precautions.

I. Communicate Through the Platform Chatroom

Do not add merchants’ off-platform contacts, such as WeChat, QQ, or DingTalk.

Remain alert if a merchant asks you to add other contact details for any reason or directs you to complete a transaction outside the Platform. OTC communications and buying or selling activities should be completed within the Platform.

II. Do Not Trade Privately

Do not bypass Platform orders to trade privately with merchants.

Off-platform trading may result in paying without receiving digital assets, or transferring digital assets without receiving payment. Since these activities occur outside the Platform’s order process, the Platform may be unable to verify the transaction or provide corresponding order appeal support.

III. Reporting Improper Solicitation and Rewards

If a merchant deliberately directs users to another exchange to register, purchase digital assets, or trade by providing trading guidance, maliciously disparaging SUNX, or similar means in the order chatroom or other contact channels, please preserve the evidence and report it to SUNX online customer support.

Report materials include, but are not limited to:

1. Order numbers associated with the merchant;
2. Screenshots of the merchant’s relevant transactions;
3. Chat records showing directions to other platforms.

Users whose reports are successful will receive an 88 USDT bonus reward.

IV. Pay Using the Method Specified in the Advertisement

When trading, use the payment method specified in the advertisement. Do not use a different method without authorization, as this may affect transaction processing.

If you have questions about receiving account details or payment methods, confirm them with the counterparty through the order chatroom before paying.

V. Important Reminder

Keep communications and transactions within the Platform, preserve order and payment records, and remain alert to requests for private contact, private trading, and directions to external platforms.
