In the early hours of April 24, 2026 (UTC+8), part of the platform’s market data services experienced an abnormal disruption. The details are as follows:
I. Cause of the Issue
The incident was caused by an abnormality in a third-party market data feed interface, resulting in interruptions and delays in market data for certain trading pairs.
II. Timeline of the Incident

ETH market data service was interrupted, while other trading pairs remained normal; -
00:55 (UTC+8)
ETH market data briefly resumed; -
Around 01:03 (UTC+8)
Market data services for all trading pairs were interrupted; -
02:23 (UTC+8)
All market data services were fully restored.
III. Compensation Plan
To protect users’ interests, SunX will provide compensation for affected users during the disruption period as follows:
1. Take-Profit Orders Not Executed
If users had set take-profit orders that were not executed during the disruption, they may submit relevant order records to apply for compensation.
2. Unable to Manually Close Positions for Profit
If users did not set take-profit orders and were unable to manually close positions due to the interruption, they may submit their trading records for review. Compensation will be assessed based on post-recovery market conditions.
3. Loss Compensation
If users incurred losses during the disruption period due to abnormal market data, the platform will verify the orders and provide corresponding compensation.
IV. How to Submit a Claim

- Order ID or screenshots
- Description of the issue
We will review all submissions and process compensation as soon as possible.
V. Notes
- All compensation will be determined based on platform system records and post-recovery market data;
- Any malicious exploitation of the incident (including arbitrage or abnormal trading behavior) will not be compensated;
- SunX reserves the final right of interpretation for this announcement.
