This upgrade mainly focuses on optimizing and maintaining the platform’s backend system and related services. After completion, it will further improve system operation efficiency and service stability.

Estimated Duration: Approximately 30 minutes

The upgrade is expected to be completed within 30 minutes, but the exact restoration time may vary depending on the actual progress. If the upgrade finishes early, related services will be restored gradually.

2. Services Potentially Affected During the Upgrade

During the system upgrade, some trading and related functions on the platform may experience brief fluctuations or be temporarily unavailable, including but not limited to:

• Contract Trading: Operations such as order placement, cancellation, and closing positions may be briefly affected;
• Spot Trading: Order placement and order operations for some trading pairs may experience delays;
• Grid Trading: Creation, adjustment, and related trading operations may be affected;
• Order Services: Some orders may experience response delays;
• Market Data Services: Market data and related pages may experience brief delays;
• Account-Related Services: Some page data may have brief refresh delays.

The actual impact time is expected to be less than 30 minutes.

3. Precautions During the Upgrade

To avoid the brief service fluctuations during the system upgrade affecting your trading, please make appropriate arrangements for your trades and positions in advance.

1. It is recommended that users check current positions and pending orders in advance;
2. If you have important trading plans, please try to complete related operations ahead of time;
3. If you encounter order placement failures, cancellation failures, page loading anomalies, or order response delays during the upgrade, please avoid frequent repeated operations and wait until the system upgrade is completed before trying again;
4. Please pay close attention to platform announcements and system recovery notifications;
5. After the upgrade is completed, promptly confirm the status of your account assets, positions, and pending orders.

4. After the Upgrade

After the system upgrade is completed, the platform will gradually restore all services.

Users can normally access relevant trading pages and perform trading operations. If some services experience brief delays due to system caching, node switching, or data synchronization, please wait a moment; the system will return to normal gradually.

The SunX technical team will continuously monitor the upgrade process and system operation status to ensure a smooth completion of the upgrade.

5. Risk Warning

The market may continue to fluctuate normally during the upgrade. Please manage your risks in advance.

Especially during high volatility, users are advised to control positions reasonably according to their risk tolerance and prepare trading plans ahead to avoid unnecessary risks caused by brief service fluctuations during system maintenance.
