Please also be vigilant in identifying unofficial applications, phishing websites, and information from fraudulent platforms.
1. Ensure the security of your device system
iPhone users should regularly check their system version and promptly install iOS updates and security patches provided officially by Apple.

It is recommended that you avoid using devices with systems that have not been updated for a long time to log in to your account or conduct transactions and financial operations.
2. Use official SUNX channels
When downloading and installing the SUNX application or obtaining platform-related information, please rely on the official channels published by SUNX.
Do not download or install applications through links sent by strangers, unknown websites, or other unverified channels. Exercise caution when handling configuration profiles, enterprise certificates, and application installation requests from unknown sources.
3. Properly protect your account verification information
Please set up your account security verification methods appropriately. We recommend enabling security verification features such as Google Authenticator.
Account passwords, SMS verification codes, Google verification codes, wallet private keys, and seed phrases are all important security information. Do not provide them to others in any form.
Official SUNX customer service representatives and staff will never ask users for their account passwords, private keys, or seed phrases.
4. Beware of impersonation and phishing
For messages sent under the pretexts of “account abnormality,” “claiming rewards,” “airdrop distribution,” “security verification,” or “version upgrade,” please verify the source of the information first.
When logging in, making transfers, authorising wallets, or downloading and installing applications, do not follow instructions from strangers to operate directly, and exercise caution when accessing unknown links.
5. Contact official support promptly in case of anomalies
If you discover an unauthorised login, unusual transactions, changes to your security settings, or other issues with your account, please change your account password promptly and check the relevant security settings. At the same time, contact SUNX official online customer service immediately for verification and assistance.
Account and asset security require continued vigilance. SUNX recommends that users always obtain platform information through official channels and carefully verify the relevant information before performing important operations such as logging in, authorising, depositing, or withdrawing.
