To further enhance system stability, trading performance, and service quality, SunX plans to perform a database and system version upgrade tomorrow. This upgrade will further optimize the backend database and core system services to support the stable operation of future platform features and trading services.

1. Upgrade Time

Upgrade Time: August 28, 2026, 07:00 (UTC+8)

Expected Impact Duration: Approximately 10 seconds

This upgrade is expected to cause only a brief service interruption of about 10 seconds, with the actual impact time possibly occurring earlier or being shorter depending on the progress of the system upgrade.

2. Services That May Be Affected During the Upgrade

During the upgrade, some trading functions may experience brief anomalies, including but not limited to:

• **Contract Trading:** Order placement may fail;
• **Spot Trading:** Order placement may fail;
• **Options Trading:** Order placement may fail;
• Some trading requests may experience brief delays or fail to submit.

Users are advised to plan their trades in advance and monitor order statuses during the upgrade period.

3. Deposit and Withdrawal Services Are Unaffected

User deposit and withdrawal functions will not be affected during this database and version upgrade and can proceed normally.

Additionally, any related order or trading fund freezes caused by the brief system upgrade will be automatically unfrozen according to platform system rules after the service is restored, with no additional action required from users.

4. User Precautions

To ensure smooth trading, users are recommended to arrange their trading plans reasonably before the upgrade and keep an eye on their account positions and orders.

If you encounter order placement failures or delayed page responses during the upgrade, please avoid repeatedly submitting the same order in a short period and wait until the upgrade is completed before trying again.

After the system upgrade is complete, all trading services will automatically resume normal operation.
