3. Product Advantages of Perpetual Contracts
No Fixed Expiration Date
Perpetual contracts do not require regular rollover. As long as margin requirements are met and the contract is trading normally, users may arrange their holding period according to their own strategies.
Support for Two-Way Trading
Users may choose to go long or short based on their market outlook and conduct trading and risk hedging flexibly. Both long and short trading involve the risk of loss.
Margin Trading for More Flexible Fund Allocation
Users may establish positions of a corresponding size using margin within the permitted leverage range. While leverage amplifies returns, it also amplifies losses and the risk of forced liquidation.
4. Risk Warning and Risk Control Recommendations
Perpetual contracts are high-risk derivatives involving risks such as market volatility, leverage, forced liquidation, and liquidity. Leverage amplifies both potential returns and trading losses. Before participating, please fully understand the product features and trading rules, and make prudent decisions based on your investment experience, financial situation, and risk tolerance.
- Control Leverage and Position Size Reasonably: Arrange funds according to your risk tolerance and avoid excessive leverage and overly concentrated positions.
- Set Take-Profit and Stop-Loss Plans in Advance: Set take-profit and stop-loss levels reasonably according to your trading objectives and risk tolerance, fully understand order trigger conditions and execution rules, and monitor order status in a timely manner.
- Manage Margin Properly: Understand the selected margin mode, the method for calculating the liquidation price, and the basis for triggering liquidation. Continuously monitor market changes, account risk indicators, and margin levels.
- Evaluate Holding Costs Comprehensively: Fully understand trading fees, funding rates, and settlement cycles, and include relevant costs in your trading plan.
- Be Aware of the Risks of Maintaining Positions: Having no fixed expiration date does not mean that positions can be held safely indefinitely. When margin is insufficient, forced liquidation may be triggered and result in significant losses.
Thank you for your support and trust in SUNX.
