Contract Service Agreement

Before using SunX contract trading, users must read and comply with this Agreement. Please carefully read and fully understand each clause, especially those that exempt or limit liability.

Unless the user has read and accepted all terms of this Agreement, the user has no right to use SunX contract trading or related services. Logging in, browsing, or using any service implies consent to this Agreement.

1. Contract Service

1.1 Contract trading carries high risk. You acknowledge and agree that you bear all risks related to the use of contract trading services;

1.2 You are fully responsible for all activities in your SunX account and shall not trade beyond your financial capacity;

1.3 You are solely responsible for understanding your position status, even if displayed incorrectly by SunX;

1.4 You must maintain sufficient assets in your margin account; otherwise, liquidation may occur;

1.5 SunX may transfer funds between your accounts to mitigate potential losses;

1.6 During system maintenance, you are responsible for managing your margin account;

1.7 You are responsible for all trades, loans, and actions; SunX assumes no liability for losses;

1.8 Users acknowledge all trades represent their true investment intent;

1.9 SunX reserves the right to suspend, terminate, or take over user positions;

1.10 SunX is not liable for service interruptions caused by technical or force majeure events.

2. Forced Liquidation, Risk Reserve, and Profit Limit

2.1 Forced liquidation occurs when losses reach 90%;

2.2 Profits from liquidation below bankruptcy price go to the risk reserve;

2.3 The risk reserve covers operational losses and unforeseen risks;

2.4 The system ensures reasonable entry prices;

2.5 The maximum profit rate is 1000%, after which the system closes positions.

3. Prohibited Behaviors

3.1 Multi-account or device arbitrage is strictly forbidden;

3.2 Users engaged in scalping may face bans, freezes, or login restrictions;

3.3 Unfair trading (price manipulation, system exploitation, or harmful acts) is prohibited.
