1. Price Fluctuation Risk
Cryptocurrencies are highly volatile; due to multiple influencing factors, it is very difficult for investors to accurately predict investment direction in actual trading. The probability of investment failure is very high, and significant losses may occur. Investors must independently bear all losses under normal investment conditions.
2. Trading Risk
Due to the high leverage of contract trading, the risks are elevated and each trade’s profit or loss may change extremely quickly. When market movements are rapid and violent, large losses or forced liquidations may occur, and investors must bear all such losses. Contract trading is a market behavior and once an order is executed it cannot be reversed. Investors must accept the risks inherent to this mode.
