Official staff of SunX will never ask users for their password. Also, do not manage your account jointly with strangers. To enhance your account’s security, please refer to the following actions:
1. Password Management
It’s best to set a complex and unique password, at least 8 characters long. The password should preferably include uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers or special symbols, and avoid obvious patterns. Do not use your name, email ID, birthday, phone number or other easily obtainable personal information. Consider changing your password periodically for enhanced security; each new password should be completely different. Never disclose your password to anyone. SunX official personnel will never ask for your password.
2. Enable Google Authenticator
On your mobile device, via browser or in the app store, search for “Google Authenticator” and install it (you can also download it via SunX → Security Settings → Google Authenticator). Open the installed app, tap the “+” (on Android it’s at bottom right), then paste the key provided by SunX. After successful setup, you will receive a 6-digit time-based verification code. Enter it as prompted to complete the setup.
3. Beware of Phishing or Fake SunX Platforms
The only official website is www.Sunx.vip. Do not click on suspicious links and avoid registering or downloading from incorrect URLs. Always verify the official website before proceeding.
