At present, Sunx has obtained the MSB (Money Service Business) license issued by the U.S. Department of the Treasury (Finance).
About the U.S. MSB License
The MSB license, supervised and granted by the U.S. Department of the Treasury, is a type of financial license regulating money service businesses, including digital currency, virtual currency trading, and international payment activities.
Any company conducting such activities in the U.S. must obtain an MSB license to operate legally. Many leading exchanges in the industry currently hold this license.
