Dear SUNX Users:
Since its establishment in Canada in 2018, Sunx Digital Asset Derivatives Exchange has been deeply committed to the global contract trading market. While continuously improving the user trading experience, we have also remained dedicated to advancing global regulatory compliance.
At present, Sunx has obtained the MSB (Money Service Business) license issued by the U.S. Department of the Treasury (Finance).
About the U.S. MSB License
The MSB license, supervised and granted by the U.S. Department of the Treasury, is a type of financial license regulating money service businesses, including digital currency, virtual currency trading, and international payment activities.
Any company conducting such activities in the U.S. must obtain an MSB license to operate legally. Many leading exchanges in the industry currently hold this license.
