To help you use the SUNX spot trading feature, we hereby provide the following App operation guide. The page layout, function entries, and available settings are subject to the actual display on the platform.
I. Prepare Trading Funds
Before conducting spot trading, please ensure that you have sufficient available assets in your spot account. If your assets are in the Funding Account, you can transfer them to the Spot Account via the transfer function.
Steps:
1. Open the SUNX App and log in to your account.
2. Go to Assets → Spot → Transfer.
3. Select the coin to transfer, e.g., USDT.
4. Set the transfer direction from Funding Account to Spot Account.
5. Enter the transfer amount, verify, and tap Confirm Transfer.
6. After the transfer is completed, check the available balance in your Spot Account.
II. How to Access the Spot Trading Page
Open the App and go to the [Trade] page, then select [Spot Trading].
Tap the trading pair selection area in the upper-left corner.
Search for and select the trading pair you wish to trade, such as BTC/USDT.
Verify the trading pair name and your available account balance.
Before trading, please review the order placement requirements and trading fee rules for the selected trading pair.
III. Buying Digital Assets
Using BTC as an example:
1. Limit Buy Order
Select [Buy].
Set the order type to [Limit Order].
Enter the limit price and the quantity you wish to purchase.
Review the order details and click [Buy BTC] to submit your order.
A limit buy order will only be executed at the specified price or a lower price. The order may remain in the order book awaiting execution or may be partially filled.
Market Buy Order
Select [Buy].
Set the order type to [Market Order].
Enter the quantity or total purchase amount, depending on the options available on the page.
Review the order details and click [Buy BTC] to submit your order.
A market buy order is executed against the best available prices in the market. The actual execution price may differ from the price displayed when the order is submitted.
IV. Selling Digital Assets
Using BTC as an example:
1. Limit Sell Order
Select [Sell].
Set the order type to [Limit Order].
Enter the limit price and the quantity you wish to sell.
Review the order details and click [Sell BTC] to submit your order.
A limit sell order will only be executed at the specified price or a higher price. Immediate execution or full order fulfillment is not guaranteed.
2. Market Sell Order
Select [Sell].
Set the order type to [Market Order].
Enter the quantity or total transaction amount, depending on the options available on the page.
Review the order details and click [Sell BTC] to submit your order.
The quantity available for sale is determined by the available assets in your account. Assets reserved for other open orders may not be available for new sell orders.
V. Viewing K-Line Charts and Market Information
Tap the [K-Line Chart] icon in the upper-right corner of the trading page to access the market details page, where you can view the available information, including:
K-line charts and price trends;
24-hour trading data;
Market depth;
Real-time trade history.
Market data is provided to help users understand market movements and does not indicate or guarantee future price trends.
VI. Viewing Orders and Trade History
On the [Buy/Sell] page, you can view [Current Orders] below the trading section. Tap [All] to access the following records:
Current Orders: View unfilled or partially filled orders that are still awaiting execution.
Order History: View completed or canceled orders and their respective statuses.
Trade History: View actual execution prices, quantities, and other transaction details.
After submitting an order, please verify whether it has been executed and whether any portion remains unfilled. After canceling an order, please confirm the cancellation status and review any portion of the order that was executed before cancellation.
