2. Eligible Participants and Registration
During the campaign, eligible SUNX users may register to participate.
Users must contact SUNX Official Customer Support to register for the campaign and provide their account UID. The platform will use the successfully registered UID as the basis for campaign data statistics and reward calculations. Accounts that have not completed registration will not be included in the campaign statistics.

During the campaign, users who simultaneously meet the requirements for the corresponding cumulative net deposit and cumulative valid trading volume tier will be eligible to receive the reward for that tier.
4. Data Statistics and Reward Details
1. Net deposit = total deposits during the campaign period − total withdrawals during the campaign period. The amount actually credited to the account will prevail. Internal account transfers are not included in the statistics.
2. Valid trading volume only includes the volume of opening trades actually completed during the campaign period. Closing trade volume is not included.
3. Only UIDs that have successfully registered through SUNX Official Customer Support will be included in the statistics. Accounts that have not completed registration will not be included in the campaign statistics.
4. Users must meet both the net deposit and valid trading volume requirements for the corresponding tier and may claim the reward for the highest tier reached during the campaign period. Rewards from different tiers cannot be accumulated.
5. Rewards for each tier are limited and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. If users meet the requirements equally, eligibility will be determined according to cumulative valid trading volume, from highest to lowest.
6. Campaign data and reward eligibility will be subject to the final statistics of the SUNX system. Staff will contact eligible users after the campaign ends to arrange delivery of physical rewards.
5. Campaign Rules
1. Wash trading, malicious volume manipulation, bulk registration, abnormal trading or other violations will not be included in the campaign statistics. SUNX reserves the right to cancel the campaign participation and reward eligibility of the relevant accounts.
2. The colours, specifications, models and versions of SUNX custom merchandise and Apple physical rewards will be based on the items actually distributed. In the event of stock shortages, discontinuation or product upgrades, the platform will provide substitute rewards of equivalent value according to the circumstances.
3. By participating in this campaign, users are deemed to have read and agreed to the relevant campaign rules. The specific campaign implementation and reward distribution will be subject to SUNX Official Announcements and the final statistics of the system.
4. After the campaign ends, users who have completed registration may contact SUNX Online Customer Support to check their rewards. Users who meet the requirements for physical rewards may register their delivery information through Online Customer Support. Once the delivery information has been confirmed as accurate, the prizes are expected to be dispatched within 3–7 working days.
