Notice Regarding the Migration of USDT Contract on the Optimism Network to USDT0

Dear Merchant,

CipherBC will support the replacement of the USDT token contract on the Optimism network. The arrangements are as follows:

1. Deposit and Withdrawal Arrangements

At 18:00 (UTC+8) on September 24, 2026, deposits and withdrawals of USDT using the old contract on the Optimism network will be suspended.

Please complete the consolidation and migration of assets held under the old contract before 18:00 (UTC+8) on September 30, 2026. You may contact CipherBC for assistance with the migration. The procedure is as follows:

• Optimism old USDT → Ethereum USDT: Use the official Optimism Bridge to withdraw the old USDT from Optimism L2 to Ethereum L1, and complete the withdrawal proof and final confirmation.

• Ethereum USDT → Optimism USDT0: After confirming that the USDT has arrived on Ethereum L1, use the USDT0 Transfer Hub, select Ethereum → Optimism, complete the authorization and cross-chain transfer, and receive the new USDT0 on the Optimism network.

After completing the migration, please contact CipherBC promptly to request activation of the new USDT0 contract on the Optimism network to avoid any impact on your business.

2. Contract Replacement Arrangements

CipherBC will handle all technical requirements related to this migration. Merchants are responsible for consolidating and migrating the assets held under the old contract.

The contract replacement will be carried out at a 1:1 ratio.

3. Important Notice

After the contract migration is completed, CipherBC will only support USDT deposits and withdrawals through the new USDT0 contract on the Optimism network. Deposit and withdrawal services for the old contract will no longer be supported.

Before making any deposit, please carefully verify the contract address. After the suspension takes effect, deposits made to CipherBC through the old contract will not be credited and may result in permanent loss of funds.
