Recently, our risk control team detected that some users are engaging in malicious activities such as registering multiple linked accounts and using nested top-ups to illegally obtain platform bonuses. To maintain platform trading order and protect the fair rights of all users, we hereby announce the following regarding these illegal arbitrage activities and related handling measures:
I. Scope of Illegal Arbitrage Activities
Illegal activities include, but are not limited to:
High-frequency trading and malicious volume manipulation;
Wash trading, hedging, and AB account arbitrage;
Ultra-short-term trading and high-frequency short-term trading;
Using linked accounts (devices, IPs, on-chain addresses) to obtain bonuses;
Exploiting platform vulnerabilities or other unreasonable means to harm the interests of other users or the platform;
Other behaviors that violate platform regulations, suspected of being arbitrage activities by studios or individuals, including fraudulent transactions and abnormal account operations.
II. Risk Control Measures
Regarding the above-mentioned violations, the platform has the right to take, but is not limited to, the following risk control and removal measures:
Warning the violating account;
Freezing the account and related funds;
Confiscating the principal and profits of the violating account;
Permanently banning the account of serious violators without appeal.
III. Monitoring and Tracking
The platform will monitor transaction activities throughout the entire process through real-time monitoring and data analysis, and track and verify suspected violations to ensure a fair and secure trading environment.
IV. User Responsibility
Users must strictly abide by the platform's trading rules. Any violations will be handled according to regulations, and users will bear corresponding responsibilities.
V. Rights Statement
SunX reserves the right to interpret the terms and conditions of this activity in its own deemed appropriate manner, and reserves the right to change or modify these terms and conditions at any time. In case of any dispute, please consult official customer service. SunX reserves the right of final interpretation of this activity.
