Account Security Reminder

Dear Users,

To help protect your account and assets, SUNX reminds you to safeguard your login password and authentication information, enable security verification, and remain alert to phishing links and imitation platforms.

SUNX staff will never ask for your account password. Do not disclose your password to others or share account management with strangers.

I. Strengthen Password Management

1. Set a Complex and Unique Password

Your account password must contain at least 8 characters. We recommend combining uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters, while avoiding predictable patterns.

Do not use readily accessible personal information such as your name, email username, birthday, or phone number as your password. Do not reuse the same password across other websites or apps.

2. Change Your Password Regularly

You can strengthen account protection by changing your password regularly. Each new password should differ from previous passwords, rather than being a minor variation.

3. Keep Your Password Secure

Do not disclose your account password to anyone, including individuals claiming to be SUNX staff or customer support representatives.

Be cautious of anyone who asks for your account password.

II. Enable Google Authenticator

We recommend enabling Google Authenticator to add authentication protection to your account.

Steps:

1. Search for “Google Authenticator” in your phone’s app store, then download and install it. You can also access the download entry under SUNX【Security Settings】—【Google Authentication】.
2. Open the Google Authentication setup page in SUNX. Launch the installed authenticator, tap the “+” button, and enter the secret key provided by SUNX as instructed.
3. Once added successfully, the authenticator will generate a 6-digit dynamic verification code.
4. Enter a valid code as instructed on the SUNX page to complete linking.

Safeguard your authentication secret key. Do not disclose the key or dynamic verification codes to others.

III. Beware of Phishing Links and Imitation Platforms

SUNX’s only official website: www.sunx.vip.

Carefully verify website addresses. Avoid registering, logging in, or downloading apps through links from unknown sources or incorrect URLs.

If you encounter suspicious websites or links, or someone claiming to represent SUNX requests passwords or other security information, first verify the request through SUNX’s official customer support channels.

Continue to strengthen your account security awareness and protect your personal information and authentication credentials.
