Dear Users,
SUNX provides a copy trading feature that allows users to independently choose one or more traders to follow and execute trades according to their selected mode and parameters.
Copy trading is highly speculative and may result in substantial losses. Before using this feature, please fully understand its mechanisms, trading rules, and associated risks, and make prudent decisions based on your investment objectives, trading experience, financial circumstances, and risk tolerance.
I. Automated Trade Execution Risk
Once copy trading is enabled, the system may automatically submit trading instructions, including opening and closing positions, according to the copy trading rules and your settings, without requiring manual confirmation for each transaction.
Before starting, please confirm that you understand and accept how automated trading is executed. Copy trading is an automated trading tool and does not eliminate the need to continuously monitor your account, positions, and risk status.
II. Trader Selection and Strategy Risk
You independently decide which traders to follow, whether to follow multiple traders simultaneously, and which copy trading mode and parameters to use.
Traders may differ significantly in trading direction, leverage use, position size, and risk preferences. Carefully assess whether their trading approach aligns with your financial arrangements and risk tolerance. Avoid selecting traders solely based on short-term return rankings.
Following multiple traders simultaneously does not mean that risk has been sufficiently diversified. If their position directions or trading strategies are similar, risks may become concentrated and losses may accumulate.
III. Loss and Fund Risk
Copy trading does not guarantee profits. Adverse price movements may cause margin losses or trigger liquidation.
Do not regard your initial copy trading amount as the maximum possible loss under all circumstances. Additional investments, subsequent copy trading orders, fee deductions, and relevant account settings may affect the actual funds invested and cumulative losses. The scope of fund usage and allocation of risk are subject to the applicable trading rules.
Determine your copy trading amount based on your overall financial circumstances and financial planning, and avoid investing funds beyond your financial capacity.
IV. Historical Performance and Displayed Data Risk
A trader’s historical profits, returns, risk indicators, win rate, ranking, and other statistics reflect only historical results under the relevant calculation methodology. They do not represent future performance or constitute a guarantee of returns.
Historical data cannot fully reflect future market changes or trading risks. No account is guaranteed to achieve profits or losses identical or similar to historical records or displayed results.
Make a comprehensive assessment based on the statistical period, position risks, drawdowns, and trading approach. Avoid relying on a single indicator when choosing whom to follow.
V. Risk of Differences in Copy Trading Results
The actual execution prices, positions, and returns of a copy trading account may differ from those of the trader being followed. Factors include, but are not limited to:
- Market price changes, liquidity, slippage, and order execution timing;
- Copy trading account balances, deposits, withdrawals, and available margin;
- Copy trading mode, per-trade amounts, and other parameter settings;
- Changes in the trader’s funds, position adjustments, and actual trading performance;
- Minimum order requirements, order restrictions, and copy trading execution conditions.
Therefore, copying trading actions does not mean that you can achieve the same returns as the trader.
VI. Independent Operations and Fund Movement Risk
If you conduct other trades independently, or modify or cancel instructions generated by the copy trading feature, your account’s positions, fund utilization, and risk level may change, causing its performance to differ further from that of the trader being followed.
Withdrawals or other changes in the trader’s assets may also affect proportional copy trading calculations and subsequent order arrangements. Monitor these changes and understand their impact on copy trading results.
Please carefully enter your investment amount, copy trading mode, per-trade copy amount, and any other parameters provided on the page.
Before confirming, check the amount units, scope of fund usage, and meaning of each parameter to avoid additional risks caused by input errors or misunderstandings. After copy trading begins, continue monitoring the overall positions and fund utilization accumulated across multiple orders.
VII. Risk Management Recommendations
- Independent assessment: Evaluate independently whether a trader and strategy suit your investment objectives and financial circumstances.
- Control your investment: Allocate copy trading funds appropriately. Avoid excessive concentration or repeatedly adding funds beyond your financial capacity.
- Understand the rules: Familiarize yourself with copy trading modes, order execution conditions, trading fees, funding fees, and applicable profit-sharing rules.
- Continuous monitoring: Regularly review order execution, position profit and loss, margin, and account risk indicators.
- Confirm how to exit: Before stopping copy trading, carefully read how existing orders and positions will be handled. Afterward, verify the actual account status.
