【Delisting Notice】Trading Cessation Arrangements for HIGHUSDT and PEOPLEUSDT Perpetual Contracts (2026-6-10)

Dear Users,

To improve the platform’s trading environment, market liquidity, and trading experience, SUNX will delist the HIGHUSDT and PEOPLEUSDT perpetual contracts. The details are as follows.

1. Contracts and Delisting Time

Contracts to Be Delisted:

• HIGHUSDT Perpetual Contract
• PEOPLEUSDT Perpetual Contract

Delisting Time: June 10, 2026, at 13:00 (Beijing Time, UTC+8)

2. Actions Before Delisting

Users holding positions or open orders in the above contracts should close their positions and cancel unfilled orders themselves before the delisting time.

Please allow sufficient time and avoid submitting position-closing or order-cancellation requests immediately before delisting. After completing these actions, promptly check your positions, orders, and trade history to confirm the actual execution results.

3. Processing at Delisting

Starting at the delisting time stated above, the platform will take the following actions:

1. Disable New Positions: The opening of new positions in HIGHUSDT and PEOPLEUSDT perpetual contracts will be disabled.
2. Cancel Unfilled Orders: The system will automatically cancel all related unfilled orders. Completed trades will not be reversed as a result of order cancellation.
3. Close Remaining Positions: If users have not closed their positions themselves before the specified delisting time, the system will automatically close all remaining positions at the prevailing market price. After delisting, please promptly check your trade history and changes in your account assets.
4. Discontinue Trading Services: Once delisting is complete, trading services for the above perpetual contracts will no longer be available.

4. User Reminders

1. Manage Positions in Advance: Arrange position closures and order cancellations appropriately according to your positions and orders.
2. Monitor Market Changes: Market liquidity and prices of the relevant contracts may change before and after delisting. Please continue monitoring market conditions and account risks.
3. Verify Execution Results: After submitting a position-closing or order-cancellation request, check the actual order status. Submitting a request does not mean the action has been completed.
4. Use Official Support Channels: If you have questions about the delisting arrangements or position handling, please contact SUNX through its official customer support channels for clarification.

5. Risk Notice

Perpetual contracts are high-risk derivatives. Market fluctuations, changes in liquidity, and leverage may all result in losses.

Positions not closed in advance will be automatically closed by the system at the prevailing market price upon delisting. Final profits and losses will be determined by the actual execution results. Please manage the relevant positions in advance and do not rely on automatic position closure as a substitute for active position management.
