Dear Users,
To continuously improve the platform’s trading environment and user experience, SUNX will delist the PHBUSDT perpetual contract. The details are as follows.
1. Trading Pair and Delisting Time
- Trading Pair: PHBUSDT
- Trading Type: Perpetual Contract
- Delisting Time: May 19, 2026, at 17:00 (UTC+8)
From this time, opening positions, closing positions, placing orders, and other trading functions for the PHBUSDT perpetual contract will be discontinued.
2. Actions Before Delisting
Users holding positions or open orders in this contract should close their positions and cancel unfilled orders themselves before the delisting time stated above.
Please allow sufficient time and avoid submitting position-closing or order-cancellation requests immediately before delisting. After completing these actions, promptly check your positions, orders, and trade history to confirm the actual execution results.
3. Processing After Delisting
- Discontinuation of Trading Services: Trading services for the PHBUSDT perpetual contract will no longer be available after delisting.
- Automatic Cancellation of Unfilled Orders: The system will automatically cancel all related unfilled orders. Completed trades will not be reversed as a result of order cancellation.
- Handling of Remaining Open Positions: If users have not closed their positions themselves before the specified delisting time, the system will forcibly close all remaining open positions when the trading pair is delisted. Please manage the relevant positions in advance and promptly check your trade history and changes in your account assets after delisting.
Please do not rely on forced position closure by the system as a substitute for active position management. We recommend completing the necessary actions in advance.
4. User Reminders
- Manage Positions in Advance: Plan the necessary actions before delisting according to your positions and orders.
- Monitor Market Changes: Market liquidity and prices of the relevant contract may change before and after delisting. Please continue monitoring market conditions and account risks.
- Verify Execution Results: After submitting a position-closing or order-cancellation request, check the actual order status. Submitting a request does not mean the action has been completed.
- Use Official Support Channels: If you have questions about the delisting arrangements or position handling, please contact SUNX through its official customer support channels for clarification.
5. Risk Notice
Perpetual contracts are high-risk derivatives. Market fluctuations, changes in liquidity, and leverage may all result in losses.
When the trading pair is delisted, the system will forcibly close any remaining positions that users have not closed themselves. The actual closing price may be affected by market fluctuations and liquidity. Final profits and losses will be determined by the actual execution results.
Please fully understand the delisting arrangements and relevant processing rules, and manage your positions and funds appropriately. The rights, obligations, and respective liabilities of the platform and users are governed by the applicable agreements, trading rules, and laws.
We apologize for any inconvenience caused. Thank you for your understanding and support of SUNX.
