Dear Users,
SUNX will delist the BOBUSDT and AIUSDT perpetual contracts on April 28, 2026, at 16:00 (UTC+8). Users holding relevant positions or unfilled orders should complete the necessary actions in advance. Details are as follows.
1. Delisting Information
| Contract to Be Delisted | Trading Cessation Time |
|---|---|
| BOBUSDT Perpetual Contract | April 28, 2026, at 16:00 (UTC+8) |
| AIUSDT Perpetual Contract | April 28, 2026, at 16:00 (UTC+8) |
At the above time, opening positions, closing positions, placing orders, and other trading functions for these contracts will be discontinued.
2. Actions to Complete Before Delisting
- Manage Positions: Review your positions in the relevant contracts and close them yourself.
- Cancel Orders: Check and cancel all relevant unfilled orders.
- Verify Results: Confirm that position closures and order cancellations have actually been completed, and check your trade history and account fund status.
Please allow sufficient time and avoid submitting requests immediately before delisting.
3. System Processing Arrangements
Unfilled Orders: After delisting, the system will automatically cancel all relevant unfilled orders. Completed trades will not be reversed as a result of order cancellation.
Remaining Open Positions: If users have not closed their positions themselves before the specified delisting time, the system will forcibly close all remaining open positions when the trading pairs are delisted.
Trading Services: Once delisting is complete, trading services for the BOBUSDT and AIUSDT perpetual contracts will no longer be available. Please promptly check your trade history, position status, and changes in your account assets.
4. Risk and Operational Reminders
Prices and market liquidity of the relevant contracts may change before and after delisting. The actual execution price of forced position closures by the system may be affected by market fluctuations and liquidity. Final profits and losses will be determined by the actual execution results.
Please actively manage your positions and do not rely on forced position closure by the system as a substitute for taking action yourself. Submitting a position-closing or order-cancellation request does not mean the action has been completed. Please refer to the actual order status and trade history.
Perpetual contracts are high-risk derivatives. Please fully understand the relevant rules and manage your positions and funds appropriately. If you have questions about these delisting arrangements, please contact SUNX through its official customer support channels.
We apologize for any inconvenience caused. Thank you for your understanding and support of SUNX.
