Dear Users,
To continuously improve the platform’s trading environment and user experience, SUNX will delist the TRU perpetual contract on April 21, 2026. The details are as follows.
1. Delisting Information
- Asset Concerned: TRU
- Trading Type: Perpetual Contract
- Delisting Date: April 21, 2026
From the specified delisting time, opening positions, closing positions, placing orders, and other trading functions for the relevant contract will be discontinued.
2. Actions Before Delisting
Users holding relevant positions or open orders should close their positions and cancel unfilled orders themselves before the specified delisting time.
Please allow sufficient time and avoid submitting requests immediately before delisting. After completing these actions, promptly check your positions, orders, and trade history to confirm the actual execution results.
3. Processing After Delisting
- Discontinuation of Trading Services: Once delisting is complete, trading services for the relevant perpetual contract will no longer be available.
- Automatic Cancellation of Unfilled Orders: The system will automatically cancel all related unfilled orders. Completed trades will not be reversed as a result of order cancellation.
- Handling of Remaining Open Positions: If users have not closed their positions themselves before the specified delisting time, the system will forcibly close all remaining open positions when the trading pair is delisted. Please manage the relevant positions in advance and promptly check your trade history and changes in your account assets after delisting.
Please do not rely on forced position closure by the system as a substitute for active position management. We recommend completing the necessary actions in advance.
4. Risk and Operational Reminders
Market liquidity and prices of the relevant contract may change before and after delisting. The actual execution price of forced position closures by the system may be affected by market fluctuations and liquidity. Final profits and losses will be determined by the actual execution results.
Submitting a position-closing or order-cancellation request does not mean the action has been completed. Please refer to the actual order status and trade history.
Perpetual contracts are high-risk derivatives. Please fully understand the relevant rules and manage your positions and funds appropriately. If you have questions about these delisting arrangements, please contact SUNX through its official customer support channels.
We apologize for any inconvenience caused. Thank you for your understanding and support of SUNX.
