Dear Users,
To improve the platform’s trading environment and overall trading experience, SUNX regularly evaluates trading pairs based on market liquidity, order book depth, and user participation. Following a comprehensive assessment, the platform has decided to delist the HOOK/USDT and DOGS/USDT contract trading pairs. Details are as follows.
1. Trading Pairs and Delisting Time
| Trading Pair to Be Delisted | Trading Cessation Time |
|---|---|
| HOOK/USDT | March 24, 2026, at 13:00 (UTC+8) |
| DOGS/USDT | March 24, 2026, at 13:00 (UTC+8) |
After delisting, opening positions and trading in these contracts will no longer be supported.
2. Actions Before Delisting
Users holding positions in the above contracts should close their positions themselves before the specified delisting time.
Please allow sufficient time and avoid submitting position-closing requests immediately before delisting. After completing these actions, promptly check your positions and trade history to confirm the actual execution results.
3. Handling of Remaining Open Positions
If users have not closed their positions themselves before the specified delisting time, the system will forcibly close all remaining open positions after delisting.
Once processing is complete, please promptly check your trade history, position status, and changes in your account assets.
Please do not rely on forced position closure by the system as a substitute for active position management. We recommend completing the necessary actions in advance.
4. Risk and Operational Reminders
Prices and market liquidity of the relevant contracts may change before and after delisting, which may affect the actual execution price of forced position closures by the system. Final profits and losses will be determined by the actual execution results.
Submitting a position-closing request does not mean the action has been completed. Please refer to the actual order status and trade history. If you have questions about the delisting arrangements or position handling, please contact SUNX through its official customer support channels.
SUNX will continue evaluating and dynamically managing its trading products to maintain a sound trading environment.
We apologize for any inconvenience caused. Thank you for your understanding and support of SUNX.
