Dear Users,
To continuously improve the trading environment and service quality, SUNX regularly evaluates its listed trading pairs. Following a review of project operations, market liquidity, trading activity, and other indicators, the platform will delist the following pairs.
1. Delisting Time and Trading Pairs
Trading Cessation Time: December 26, 2025, at 12:00 (UTC+8)
Trading Pairs to Be Delisted:
- EUL/USDT
- ONT/USDT
- IOTA/USDT
- CHR/USDT
- QTUM/USDT
The trading pairs above will be officially delisted and trading will cease at the specified time.
2. Actions Before Delisting
Users holding related assets or unfilled orders should review their accounts and orders before trading ceases and complete any necessary trades or order cancellations according to their needs.
Please allow sufficient time and avoid submitting requests close to the delisting deadline. After completing these actions, check order statuses, trade history, and asset balances to confirm the actual execution results.
3. Order Handling After Delisting
After delisting, the system will automatically cancel all unfilled orders for the trading pairs above.
Completed trades will not be reversed by order cancellation. Please check cancellation results and your account funds promptly.
4. User Reminders
- Monitor market changes: Liquidity and prices may change before and after delisting. Please plan your trading accordingly.
- Verify execution results: Submitting a trade or cancellation request does not mean the operation has been completed. Refer to actual order statuses and trade records.
- Contact official channels: If you have questions about delisting, order handling, or account status, please contact SUNX through its official customer support channels.
SUNX will continue evaluating trading products and improving platform services to provide a more stable and professional trading experience.
We apologize for any inconvenience. Thank you for your understanding and support of SUNX.
