Prohibited Conduct in Contract Trading and Enforcement Measures

Dear Users,

To maintain orderly trading and protect the user trading experience, SUNX sets out the following prohibited conduct and enforcement measures for contract trading. Please read carefully and comply with the relevant rules when using platform services.

I. Prohibition of Illicit Arbitrage through Multiple Accounts or Devices

SUNX prohibits illicit arbitrage using multiple accounts or devices, including, without limitation, trading fee abuse, commission rebate abuse, bonus abuse, and hedging used for illicit arbitrage.

The platform identifies user accounts and trading behavior through multidimensional characteristics. For illicit arbitrage detected by the system, SUNX may take measures including, without limitation:

1. Banning accounts;
2. Freezing assets;
3. Restricting login;
4. Requiring real-name identity verification.

II. Measures against Frequent Ultra-Short-Term Trading

To protect the user trading experience, SUNX reserves the right to take the following measures against frequent ultra-short-term position opening and closing detected by the system:

1. Terminate accounts and access rights: Immediately terminate the relevant accounts and their access to platform servers, and deduct illicit proceeds.
2. Declare relevant trades invalid: Treat trades constituting ultra-short-term trading activity as invalid, as though they had never occurred.
3. Close relevant trades: Close trades constituting ultra-short-term trading activity at the platform’s current market prices.
4. Increase holding time requirements: Require positions to be held for the prescribed period before they may be closed.

III. Prohibition of Unfair Trading Conduct

SUNX strictly prohibits unfair trading conduct, including, without limitation:

1. Price manipulation or other malicious market behavior;
2. Exploiting platform service vulnerabilities or other unreasonable means to harm other users or SUNX;
3. Other activities SUNX determines to be harmful to the market.

For accounts involved in such conduct, SUNX reserves the right to impose account management and control measures at its discretion according to the relevant circumstances.

IV. Notice to Users

Please comply with platform trading rules. Do not use multiple accounts, devices, or platform vulnerabilities to obtain improper benefits.
