Dear users,
To continuously optimize the platform's trading products and improve overall market liquidity and users' trading experience, SUNX will delist the MKRUSDT Perpetual Contract based on market conditions and the platform's risk management requirements. The specific arrangements are as follows:
I. Trading Pair and Delisting Time
- Trading pair: MKRUSDT
- Contract type: Perpetual contract
- Delisting time: September 8, 2025 (UTC+8; specific time to be confirmed)
II. Arrangements Before Delisting
Users holding relevant positions or open orders are requested to close their positions and cancel unfilled orders on their own before the delisting time stated above, to avoid the delisting of the trading pair affecting your trading arrangements.
After completing these operations, please promptly check your positions, orders, and trade records to confirm the actual processing results.
III. Arrangements After Delisting
After the trading pair is delisted, relevant unfilled orders will no longer be supported for continued trading, and the system will automatically cancel any remaining unfilled orders at the time of delisting.
Handling of open positions: If users do not close their positions on their own before the specified delisting time, the system will forcibly close the remaining open positions when the trading pair is delisted. Please handle the relevant positions in advance and promptly check your trade records and account asset changes after delisting.
Please do not rely on the post-delisting processing procedure as a substitute for proactive position management. You are advised to complete the relevant operations in advance.
IV. User Reminders
- Handle positions and orders in advance: Please allow sufficient time for operations and avoid submitting a large number of position-closing or order-cancellation requests close to the delisting time.
- Monitor market changes: Market liquidity and price volatility may change during the delisting period. Please continue to monitor market conditions and account risks.
- Verify operation results: After submitting a position-closing or order-cancellation request, please confirm the actual order status. Submitting a request does not mean that the operation has been completed.
- Monitor account changes: After delisting, please promptly review your assets, positions, and order records to confirm the relevant processing results.
- Consult through official channels: If you have any questions about the delisting arrangements or the handling of positions, please verify them through SUNX's official customer support channels.
V. Risk Warning
Perpetual contracts are high-risk derivatives. Market volatility, changes in liquidity, and leverage mechanisms may all result in losses. The delisting of a trading pair involves the handling of orders and positions. Please fully understand the relevant rules and manage your positions and funds prudently.
The rights and obligations of the platform and users, as well as the assumption of relevant responsibilities, shall be subject to the applicable agreements, trading rules, and legal provisions.
SUNX will continue to regularly evaluate and dynamically adjust its trading products based on factors including market liquidity, trading activity, and risk control.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Thank you for your understanding and support of SUNX.
